Muesli recipe you need to try out!

Ingredients

– 2 cups rolled oats
– 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
– 1/2 cup seeds (e.g., sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds)
– 1/2 cup dried fruits (e.g., raisins, cranberries, apricots)
– 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions –

1. Mix Dry Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, dried fruits, shredded coconut, and ground cinnamon. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. Store – Transfer the muesli mixture to an airtight container for storage.
3. Serve – To serve, scoop a portion of muesli into a bowl and add your choice of milk, yoghurt, or fruit juice. You can also add fresh fruits for additional flavour and nutrition.

The milk or yoghurt added should be low in fats. Packaged muesli is loaded with artificial flavours, preservatives, additives etc., so instead opt for homemade muesli.
